Where to start, when you have a wide range of valuable solutions to offer your customer? This was issue of Solmax, world leader in sustainable infrastructure.

We were tasked with bringing over 100 geosynthetics products together in one convenient place - something that not only gives customers faster access to relevant product information, but also increases lead conversion for Solmax. 

That thought marked the beginning of the collaboration between Solmax and C4Real. The starting point of a huge puzzle, which C4Real managed to solve with the virtual showroom.

THE SOLUTION: A VIRTUAL SHOWROOM

When a company has a large number of complex products, market segments and solutions, it can be difficult to present this efficiently to customers. In a virtual showroom, everything comes together. It provides overview within your company, but most importantly, it simplifies the customer journey, which ultimately leads to increased lead conversion. So too for Solmax.

"We were looking for a solution to present our offering in an interactive way. In the virtual showroom, everything falls into place: our products and applications are displayed with realistic graphics,'' says Kathryn, Director of Marketing at Solmax.

The biggest challenge? The volume. The amount of information to be processed was enormous and complex, a challenge we at C4Real love to roll our sleeves up for. For the Solmax team, this was a moment realization. ''We knew our offerings were huge, but it was really eye-opening to see everything put together. I realized what our potential is, and to now have everything in one place is very satisfying,''

Kathryn explains: ''C4Real provided the platform, we provided the information, and together we filled it out. Everyone has worked hard.''

The team guided us through the whole process and took us through every step. That way you really work together, which I really enjoyed,'' Kathryn says.

''Of course we faced challenges, at certain times I couldn't see the forest for the trees, but overall the process went incredibly smoothly. Fortunately, the team at C4Real knows how to organize very well!''
