VISUALIZATION OF BUILDING UNDER DEVELOPMENT

Kadans Science Partner invests, develops and operates science clusters throughout Europe. Not standard workspaces, but environments where scientific organizations can strengthen each other. With Plus Ultra in Amsterdam, they have developed a multi-tenant building next to the Amsterdam UMC, which they are letting out. Kadans is thus targeting companies in the medical industry, which can use the location for both offices and laboratories. However, the building is not yet completed and the surrounding area is also still under development, making it difficult for potential clients to properly see and understand the potential and possibilities. Kadans therefore asked C4Real to help think through a solution to encourage leasing.

How do you create an impressive presentation?

THE SOLUTION: 3D BUILDING VISUALIZATION

To give potential tenants a clear picture of Plus Ultra Amsterdam, we created several visualizations. Because the building itself is not yet fully realized, we opted for a 3D animation with artist impressions, which gives the viewer an idea of what the building looks like, what the function is, the location in relation to facilities in the area and which gives you as a potential user a perfect picture of the potential of this beautiful place. This creates clarity and makes choosing Plus Ultra Amsterdam as a business location more logical and easier.

In het ontwikkelproces van dit project hebben we twee fases doorlopen, de conceptfase en de realisatiefase. In de conceptfase bekeken we samen met Kadans een aantal onderwerpen die het succes van deze visuele campagne bevorderen. Welke berichtgeving past het beste bij de doelgroep en welke stijl spreekt hen aan? Voor de juiste boodschap bepaalden we wat de onderwerpen zijn die voor de doelgroep belangrijk zijn om uiteindelijk over te gaan tot de huur van deze locatie, hoe bereiken en prikkelen we hen zodat ze goed begrijpen en zien dat dit een geschikte locatie is. In de realisatiefase hebben we met specifieke 3D- en animatie technologie de promotiefilm en artist impressions over Plus Ultra Amsterdam gerealiseerd.
